Fee: $150 for 30 Minute Consultation (via Zoom only)

*Legal Strategy Session is for 1 Hour, which may be helpful if you:

• Are handling your case on your own and want to ensure you are proceeding correctly
• Have multiple or complex questions that cannot be covered in a shorter consultation
• Want guidance on strategy, timelines, or potential risks
• Need help understanding forms, filings, or procedural steps
• Would like to review your case approach before taking the next step
• Want to discuss different options and possible outcomes in more depth

Initial Consultation Policy

The initial consultation is an opportunity for our attorneys to evaluate your case and advise you on possible legal options and next steps. During this meeting, we will discuss what can be done for you and provide an estimate of the minimum legal fees involved. However, we may not be able to provide a definitive legal opinion at this stage, as a full assessment often requires additional time, information, and document review.

The questions you answer help us understand the purpose of your visit. Your responses are protected by attorney-client privilege and will remain strictly confidential. If you provide any documents related to your legal matter, we will scan them with your permission and return the originals to you at the end of the consultation.
